Artwork and product descriptions
Please read each listing for the materials, dimensions, edition, framing or presentation, availability and any production time. Handmade work may have natural variations; these do not remove your right to receive goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. Screen colours can vary. Where a particular edition number matters to you, please confirm it before ordering.
Prices, payment and orders
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery and the final amount payable are displayed before you place your order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Please check your order details and delivery address before submitting.
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. If I cannot fulfil an order—for example, because an artwork is unavailable—I will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable item. I will not substitute a different artwork or charge a different price without your agreement.
Delivery, cancellations and refunds
The Delivery & Returns policy explains dispatch times, charges, cancellations, damage and refunds. In-stock items are normally dispatched within 3–5 working days; work that needs to be created may require longer, as stated in the listing or agreed with you.
Personalised and commissioned work
Any individually agreed specification, price and production schedule will be confirmed before a commission proceeds. Work made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you may be exempt from the usual change-of-mind cancellation right. Your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods remain.
Ownership of the artwork and copyright
Buying a physical artwork does not transfer the copyright or permission to reproduce it commercially. Please contact Elaine Kelly if you would like to discuss reproduction or licensing.
Privacy and complaints
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Please raise order concerns using the contact form; I will review each complaint individually and work with you to resolve it.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These shop terms do not set separate booking or cancellation terms for workshops.
