UK delivery
Items will normally be dispatched within 3–5 working days of your order. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. This is the time before dispatch, rather than a guaranteed arrival date.
If your artwork needs to be created from scratch, it may take longer. Any stated production time will be shown on the product page or agreed with you. If there is an unexpected delay, I will contact you with an updated estimate and discuss your options. A delay does not remove your legal rights.
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Small Parcel at £3.75 per order. Postal delivery times are estimates and are additional to the dispatch or production time. Please check that your delivery address is correct.
Returns and cancellations
For standard online artwork purchases, including non-personalised limited editions and handmade pieces, you can cancel up to 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. Notify me within that period, then return the item within a further 14 days.
For work made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you, the usual change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply. Please contact me promptly about any requested change or cancellation. This exception does not cover an item simply because it is handmade, limited edition or produced after ordering.
For eligible cancellations, I will refund the item price and standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence of posting, whichever is earlier. You pay direct return postage for a change of mind. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item. Please pack artwork securely.
Complaints, damage and defects
If your package arrives damaged or the artwork has a defect, please contact me through the contact form as soon as possible, preferably within 5 days of receipt. Please include your order number and, where possible, photos documenting the artwork, packaging and issue. The contact form does not accept photo uploads, so I will explain how to send them in my reply.
Each case is reviewed individually to arrange the appropriate remedy. The five-day request is not a deadline for exercising your legal rights. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods retain their statutory protection, including applicable refund, repair or replacement rights; these also apply to personalised work. I will cover reasonable necessary return costs where the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or misdescribed.

Business and return address: Elaine Kelly, 40 Church Road, Willington, Bedford, MK44 3PU, United Kingdom. Please include your order number with a return. Notifying me of cancellation does not depend on obtaining permission.
To cancel, you can send: “I give notice that I cancel my order for [artwork], ordered on [date] / received on [date], order number [number], customer name [name], customer address [address], date [date].” You do not have to use this wording.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
